Digital Products Policy

All digital products sold by GG Academy are non physical and delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical items, and access cannot be revoked once the content has been delivered or viewed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This is a digital product, not a physical item
• No shipping or delivery by post will take place
• All sales are final and non refundable
• Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once access has been granted
